Piedmont Planning Consultants, LLC was established in 2003 by Steven Buckley to provide
consultant services in the fields of project management, land use permitting, and environmental assessment. Mr. Buckley,
a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, has over fifteen years of experience with consulting firms and government
agencies providing these services in conjunction with a team of technical experts, agency staff, and project proponents, usually
in settings with substantial public involvement.

notices Presenting project analysis in public forums
Preparing minutes, resolutions, exhibits Monitoring compliance - mitigation measures / conditions of approval Coordinating
design and construction of physical improvements.
